Payap University Preparation Program

Our program is an academic and language education program with GED as the main course, including GED test courses, English (ESL, English as a Second Language). The main target audience is students over the age of fifteen who need to improve their abilities in order to continue to receive higher education or study abroad.

Our Programmes

Our institution offers two comprehensive courses: GED and ESL programs. The GED program aims to thoroughly prepare students for higher education by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed on the GED test. Our ESL program focuses on improving students’ command of the English language, enabling them to confidently navigate various aspects of life.

GED

General Education Development or GED, is an equivalent to a United States High School Diploma giving students the basic building blocks to succeed in higher education and beyond. We strive to provide comprehensive GED exam preparation through 380 hours of instruction, helping students acquire the knowledge and skills needed for the GED test. The GED exam mainly covers these four areas: Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts. Thai Language and Culture will also be provided to help students better navigate their time in Thailand. Class instruction will provide core content of each subject while mock exams and practice questions will help improve overall test-taking skills.

ESL

Our ESL course aims to prepare students to communicate with English as a Second Language. This course will provide a total of 380 hours of instruction covering Reading, Writing, Listening and speaking, and Grammar and vocabulary. Thai Language and Culture will also be incorporated to help each student’s time in Thailand be a positive one. If you are looking to improve your English proficiency or to better prepare yourself for Higher Education and beyond, then this course will set you on the right path.
